We are still new enough to remember what “newbies” need to know before starting a new alpaca ranch, and we are experienced enough to provide the answers.

We have learned the importance of great customer service after the sale. We promise that we will make ourselves available to you for help, advice and moral support so you can learn from our mistakes, as well as our successes.

• Start-Up Assistance - We will teach you everything you need to know - from animal selection and care to running your new business.
• Ranch Set-up - We started from scratch! Let us help you with the layout and design of your new alpaca facility to make it efficient and alpaca friendly.
• “Newbie” Training - When you buy from us you are always welcome to come and spend the time you need getting hands on training in every phase of taking care of your new alpacas. Learn everything from record keeping to giving shots and trimming nails.
• Agisting - Want to purchase your new animals but aren’t ready to take them home? That was our situation. We will take care of your new alpacas at our ranch until you are ready to take them home. Ask us about agisting fees.
