When we first set eyes on Diego, we knew we had found the perfect addition to our herd. We have been hoping to add some grey to the next generation of Cedar Glen crias, and Diego--with his gorgeous, fine rose grey fleece and incredible staple length--is just the guy for the job.
Along with his handsome good looks, he is tall for his age, with excellent conformation and a curious personality. His dam, Nocturna, got him off to a great start--he weighed 20.8 pounds at birth and had an IgG level of 2804!
A full Chilean and son of the 11-time blue ribbon winner, Sierra Padre, Diego's first cria was born in July 2010. Cedar Glen's Santiago, a strong, dazzling white boy with beautiful fleece, is pictured here. |
